Responsibilities |
- Act as the primary POC for arrangingME(GS and SM)Apprentice Assessments (AA)between the MIAA and Units.

- Liaise with and support Training Coordinators andOnboardAssessors in the delivery ofallMEAAs;quality assureand approveallMEAA outcomes.
| |
- Grade and approve allMarineEngineeringAAs in line with assessment plans and internal quality assurance expectations.
| |
- Support the development ofMEAAs including question writing pilot assessments and procedure development.
| |
- Support Team Fisher ProgrammeFacilitatorsduring Apprenticeship Engagement visits to units.
| |
- Conduct physical IQA observations on 510% of allME AAsacross various locations to ensure assessment validity fairness and compliance.
| |
- Implement and uphold MIAA policies and support development and maintenance of MIAA/AA funding models.
| |
- Act as the MIAA sponsor of Unitsidentifyingopportunities to enhance MIAA processes tobenefitTraining Coordinators and apprentices.

Away from home at least once per month for Training Establishment visits/AA assurance. | |
