Overview of the Position Responsibilities: The Paralegal serves as a key member of Bluepeaks Legal Department providing high-level support to the VP of Legal and the Director of Contracts & Regulatory Affairs. This role manages a broad range of legal and compliance functions related to corporate governance employment law contracts and risk management. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in corporate and employment legal work thrives in a fast-paced evolving business environment and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and judgment.

What You Will Do:
- Support corporate and employment law activities ensuring company compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Draft review and organize a wide variety of legal documents including contracts NDAs corporate filings policies and employment-related documentation.
- Conduct and summarize legal research on complex corporate compliance and labor law topics for counsel review.
- Manage contract lifecycle activities such as drafting redlining tracking and maintaining executed agreements in the companys repository.
- Coordinate with HR and management on employment law matters including wage and hour leaves investigations and policy implementation.
- Assist with entity management and corporate governance: maintain minute books board materials and state filings.
- Serve as primary contact for internal departments regarding routine legal and compliance requests.
- Maintain tracking systems for legal matters litigation and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with external counsel for litigation discovery subpoenas or specialized matters as needed.
- Partner with Finance and Procurement to ensure alignment between contractual and business obligations.
- Identify process improvements to enhance legal operations efficiency.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
- Other related duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree required; Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program strongly preferred.
- 4 years of progressive paralegal experience with at least 2 years in a corporate legal department or in-house counsel environment.
- Experience in corporate governance employment law and contract management required.
- Prior telecom technology or infrastructure industry experience preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of corporate and employment law principles and practices.
- Strong understanding of contract structures and risk management processes.
- Excellent research drafting and document management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite SharePoint and contract management software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across departments.
- Unwavering discretion integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Regularly required to talk and hear.
- Frequently required to sit bend reach push and pull.
- Required to use hands handle objects and paperwork.
- Required to be able to focus.
- Required to refrain from personal use of technology during working hours.
- Required to lift up to 5lbs at a given time.
Salary range: $72000 - $92000
