Location

This role is based on-site in Los Angeles with close collaboration across the firms California offices.

This position is open to junior and mid-level associates with strong corporate experience; large law firm background is a plus but not required.

Job Description

• Advise startups and emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycle
• Support venture capital growth equity and private equity financings
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions involving high-growth companies
• Participate in public offerings and capital markets transactions
• Work closely with founders executives boards and investors
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys on complex fast-paced deals

Qualifications

• JD earned between 2021 and 2024
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a client-focused approach
• Interest in startups venture capital and emerging growth companies
• Corporate transactional experience preferred
• Prior large law firm experience is a plus but not required
• Exposure to venture capital growth equity or private equity is a plus
