Location

This role is based on-site in New York City working closely with a high-performing corporate team in a dynamic office environment.

Note

This position requires junior-level large law firm corporate experience and New York bar admission or eligibility to waive in.

Job Description

• Advise emerging growth companies and venture-backed startups throughout their lifecycle
• Support venture capital and growth equity financings on both company-side and investor-side deals
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions involving high-growth technology and life sciences companies
• Work directly with founders CEOs boards of directors and venture fund partners
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on sophisticated fast-moving transactions

Qualifications

• JD earned in 2023 or 2024
• Prior large law firm corporate experience
• Experience with M&A venture capital financings or growth equity transactions
• Admitted to the New York bar or eligible to waive in
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in startups venture capital and innovative businesses
