Job Responsibilities:
The Coordinator of Legal Administration provides essential administrative support to the Legal Services Center of Excellence ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across legal and organizational functions. This role plays a key role in processing contracts acts as the primary liaison to the Member Service Center and contributes to a wide range of administrative responsibilities.
Must Have:
- Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree
- 3 years (or 7 years in lieu of a degree) with general office/administration experience
Knowledge of general office procedures and processes
Familiar with office equipment
Must have verbal communication writing collaboration a self-starter results-focused prioritization attention to detail skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in M365
Nice to Have:
- Association experience
- Good listener with an inquisitive nature wanting to understand a process and reasons for what is done and the confidence to offer suggestions to improve the process
