Collaborates closely with Merchandising Assortment Planning Location Planning & Space Planning to connect strategy & execution. Additionally partners with MSC Managers & Store Leadership Teams to optimize end-to-end product flow. Aligns with Full Price Allocation counterparts to share learnings & create synergy. Leads across the broader Nike Value community influencing beyond direct reporting lines & representing Allocation in senior-level forums. This role reports into the NVS Allocation Director managing a team of 3-5 people.

Solid experience in Retail Allocation Store Management Retail Operations or related in-season business management.
Proven experience leading & developing teams with a focus on empowerment & accountability.
