Job Summary

As a Global Sales Insight Manager you will play a key role at the intersection of data commercial strategy and digital enablement. You will transform complex sales and customer data into actionable insights that support decision-making and drive sustainable growth. Working closely with Global Sales Finance Marketing and local markets you will help establish a single source of truth for sales analytics.

Based at our International Headquarters in Amsterdam you will be part of the Global Sales Analytics team collaborating with diverse stakeholders across regions and functions. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution requiring both strong analytical expertise and the ability to influence without authority. Your work will directly impact pricing customer profitability and commercial performance worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide actionable data-driven insights to customer teams supporting strategic projects negotiations and joint business planning

  • Lead and continuously improve global pricing processes including planning execution and governance

  • Drive the centralisation and standardisation of dashboards and reporting across global and local sales teams

  • Deliver full customer P&L visibility by combining internal and external data in partnership with Finance and Marketing

  • Ensure sales processes run efficiently by leveraging the right data tools and automation

  • Develop and own a multi-year roadmap for customer sell-out and performance analytics


Qualifications :

Working at JDE Peets is hands-on fast-paced and collaborative. For this role we are looking for a commercially minded analytics leader who is comfortable working across functions and navigating complexity.

For this role as a Global Sales Insight Manager were looking for someone who has:

  • 6 years of experience in commercial analytics sales analytics revenue management or related roles

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate analytics into clear business insights

  • Advanced skills in Power BI SQL and Excel; experience with Python or R is an advantage

  • Experience working with large datasets and building scalable reporting or analytics solutions

  • Proven ability to collaborate with and influence diverse stakeholders across functions and seniority levels

  • A proactive curious mindset with the confidence to explore new analytical and digital opportunities
