What youll be doing:
- Connect with dealership customers to gather insights and elevate satisfaction
- Develop and follow communication strategies to maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage customer information and keep data organized
- Address customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Conduct customer surveys to capture valuable feedback
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments
- Prepare reports as needed

- Ability to prioritize multi-task and handle deadlines and high-pressure situations
- Customer service guru in other words a people person
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Computer literate and telephone savvy
- Passion for teamwork
- Organization skills
- Inspire others so the sum of the whole becomes greater than its parts
- Have a passion for growth and advancement
- Bonus points if you have call center experience
