职位职责:
- 具有强烈风险预防和安全意识 熟悉设备维修过程中的安全预防程序 (LOTO等)
- 监督供应商严格遵守相关安全制度. 保障责任区域类所有设备处于良好工作状态 满足产线的生产需求. 负责对产线的报修设备进行维修 汇总问题与设备维护工程师一起对问题进行分析 提出预防方案
- 及时准确的完成设备报修系统的数据填写
- 协助主管和工程师评估制定相关备件计划 持续提高团队维修绩效
- 完成主管安排的其他任务
职位要求:
- 机电一体化电气自动化相关专业
- 具备机械液压电子PLC焊接方面基本知识.
- 阅读并理解机械液压电气图纸
- 较强的数据收集和问题分析能力
- 良好的团队合作精神质量意识和成本意识
- 积极主动的沟通能力和理解能力
- 可以轮班(早班700-15:30中班1530-000)
