Position Title: IT Technician

Position Summary:
The IT Technician provides front-line technical support to internal staff and external clients across the Microsoft ecosystem and MSP toolsets.
Requirements:
Ideal candidates have 13 years of experience or a two-year technical/associate degree. Responsibilities include support for Microsoft 365 Azure Teams Voice Dynamics navigation Power Automate basics Ubiquiti networking Exclaimer and Datto systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support for desktops laptops mobile devices printers and peripherals.
Support Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook Teams OneDrive SharePoint and Teams Voice.
Perform basic Azure AD tasks including password resets MFA issues and group membership updates.
Handle service ticket intake triage documentation and timely resolution.
Assist users with basic Dynamics CRM navigation and troubleshooting.
Support Level 1 Power Automate flow troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot Ubiquiti/Unifi Wi-Fi switches and access points.
Assist with Datto RMM alerts backups and device remediation tasks.
Support and manage Exclaimer email signature configurations.
Escalate complex issues with complete ticket notes.
Perform updates maintenance and device provisioning tasks.
