SD Sparkle Cleaning Co. San Diego CA

Pay: $20$25/hour (based on performance & reliability)
Schedule: Part-time to Full-time Weekdays primarily
Location: San Diego County (travel between jobs required)

Responsibilities:

Residential & move-out cleaning
Short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers
Kitchens bathrooms floors dusting detailing
Following SD Sparkle cleaning standards & checklists
Working independently or as part of a small team

Skills Required:

Reliable & punctual (this is huge for us)
Strong attention to detail
Physically able to clean for several hours
Comfortable working in occupied & vacant homes
Able to follow instructions and checklists
Positive attitude & willingness to learn
Cleaning experience is a plus but not required we train the right people.

Requirements:

Valid drivers license
Reliable transportation
Smartphone (for scheduling & communication)
Authorized to work in the U.S.
