We are looking for ahigh-energy persuasive and strategically minded Sales Development Representative (SDR) to expand our outbound pipeline and open doors to high-value opportunities. If you excel at prospecting creating demand and moving conversations from curiosity to opportunity this role is your next major step.


What Youll Do


  • Own outbound pipeline generation identify target and engage high-potential prospects across industries.

  • Run a structured multi-touch outreach strategy using email LinkedIn phone video and AI-driven tools.

  • Diagnose prospect pain points quickly and position Optimum7 as the strategic growth partner theyve been missing.

  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers from Directors to VPs and C-suite.

  • Conduct high-impact discovery calls to qualify needs challenges and technical requirements.

  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging identify new verticals and test new outbound campaigns.

  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene track daily activity monitor conversion metrics and adjust tactics to exceed goals.

  • Partner with leadership to hand off fully qualified opportunities and ensure smooth transitions into the sales cycle.



What You Bring


  • 4 years in a BDR SDR or Inside Sales role in a performance-driven sales organization.

  • Strong experience in outbound prospecting cold outreach and early-stage opportunity creation.

  • Skilled in conducting discovery calls and navigating complex sales conversations.

  • Ability to identify and bring in key decision-makers and stakeholders early in the process.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding outbound KPIs in competitive environments.

  • Sharp communicator with strong objection-handling positioning and business acumen.

  • Highly organized disciplined and able to manage multiple accounts and prospects simultaneously.

  • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other AI prospecting tools.

Preferred Experience


  • Outbound sales in an eCommerce agency digital marketing SaaS or web development context.

  • Experience following and contributing to Sales Playbooks SOPs and outbound frameworks.

  • Comfortable communicating with VPs C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
