Were building the go-to-market team for Base44 an AI-powered software development platform recently acquired by Wix. As an early SDR hire to our US based sales team youll be at the forefront of introducing a category-defining product to the marketdriving top-of-funnel pipeline and opening doors with strategic accounts from the ground up.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and is excited by the challenge of bringing innovative AI technology to new clients. Youll play a foundational role in scaling our business by creating qualified opportunities building trusted relationships and fueling growth through a consultative value-driven outreach approach. As our first SDR hire youll help shape our prospecting motion working closely with our founders sales and Wix leadership to bring this transformative technology to market. On a day-to-day basis you will:
Build and manage a high-velocity prospecting engine across outbound channels (email phone social) to generate qualified meetings
Identify research and prioritize high-potential accounts and buyer personas across various business departments and seniority levels.
Translate Base44s product vision into clear compelling outreach that resonates with technical and business audiences
Qualify inbound interest to surface pain fit and urgency and convert into high-quality pipeline
Experiment with messaging sequencing and targeting to refine our early go-to-market motion
Collaborate closely with Sales Product and Marketing to align on ICP narratives and campaign execution
Multi-thread into target accounts and nurture relationships with VPs CTOs and heads of product/engineering
Maintain CRM excellencetrack activity manage pipeline hygiene and deliver accurate activity and meeting forecasts
Qualifications :
2-4 years of B2B SDR/BDR experience in a technology company preferably a startup
Experience with AI ML data platforms developer tools or product-led SaaS is a plus
Proven track record of exceeding activity and meeting targets and generating qualified pipeline
Fluent with modern sales tools (e.g. Salesforce/HubSpot Outreach/Salesloft LinkedIn Sales Navigator); strong written and verbal communication
Comfortable with cold calling creative outbound and tailoring messages to different audiences
Self-motivated goal-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity in a high-growth environment
Curious coachable creative and energized by learning about AI and new technologies

Approximate base compensation is $70000 - $80000. In addition to the base pay this role includes variable compensation earned and company RSUs as part of the compensation package.
