Experienced physicians and residents are encouraged to apply!About the Practice:The practice consists of a 5-member physician team with one of them functioning as a hospitalist along with an excellent support staff. This is an established practice with a great reputation for patient care that has been serving woman in the Asheville metro area for over 40 years. Deliveries and GYN surgical procedures are performed at Memorial Mission Hospital which has 24-hour anesthesia and high-risk maternal medicine addition Memorial Mission Hospital has a Level 3 NICU unit and the da Vinci robotic system for specialized GYN surgeries. This is a great opportunity for a resident physician to join an experienced group that can provide solid mentorship and a smooth transition to private practice. Also this would be a great position for an experienced physician looking to take their career to the next Highlights:Team of 4 top-notch experienced full scope OB/GYN physicians and 1 practice that has grown and served patients in the Asheville area for over 40 and GYN surgeries are completed at Memorial Mission Mission Hospital has a Level 3 NICU unit hospitalist and MAHEC resident physician support 24-hour anesthesia and the da Vinci robotic system for GYN surgical do many minimally invasive surgical procedures in the patient census: 20 daily.1 weekday per month of call and 1 weekend of call coverage per month.4 weeks of vacation to salary and benefits package.$500K-$700K yearly potential compensation as a partner.$30K Sign on and $30K retention for productivity-based income model with 18 months of for partnership that allows for a buy-in to the real estate/office building.
