Job Summary

Summary: Locum coverage needed for OB/GYN outpatient clinic only for 3 months to start. Bilingual providers strongly preferred.

Rates for submission:

Malpractice Must be included in rates.

Orientation $half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours

Hourly $310-$340 - Per hour not OT

Holiday $Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. Per holiday hour no OT

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

Clinic Hours: 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch break
Start date: As soon as credentialed Foundation privileges only so could take 60 days.

Clinic Location:

Santa Cruz CA 95065
(3 suites with 2 exam rooms each)

Setting: Outpatient only

Duties: Outpatient - 15-20 patients per day

Shifts Per Month: full time - 5 days a week

Required Procedures: None

EMR: Cerner

Support Staff:

Full-time ultrasonographer with 30 years of experience 2 RN managing diabetic patients and NSTs.

Reason for Coverage: Immediate need for locum assistance to maintain patient care.

Additional information from site and requirements:

They are looking for OBs with recent laborist experience training rather than mostly Gyn and aesthetics.
Available to start as soon as credentialed.
Clinic required
Non-issued files/licenses only
Recent/current laborist experience(plus clinic experience preferred)
Local candidates preferred(Greater Bay area)

Travel Preferences:

Preferred Lodging: Preferred hotels

Air Travel: Local preferred but not required

Billing enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less NO
