This is a part-time position with a maximum of 1560 hours per year and is not eligible for paid holidays leave or benefits.


Job Description
This class provides inbound and outbound call center support for residential water customers. Incumbents answer questions inquiries and water service requests over the phone and by email and process payments and adjustments.

This position will work 4-hour shifts Monday Friday.
Shift times will vary.
(Initial training period will require 8-hours per day Monday Friday for two weeks)

  • Maintain professional and empathetic tone
  • Meet performance and quality expectations
  • Accurate data entry of information
Other Job Requirements/Information
  • This job is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule after an initial probationary period and individual approval.
Hourly rate
$26.43

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years of customer support experience in an office setting.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Spanish speaking
  • Call center experience
