Job Description:

  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Provide remote customer service support for Ironside Restorations clients.
    • Handle incoming calls emails and messages efficiently and professionally.
    • Assist customers with inquiries concerns and service requests.
    • Document customer interactions and provide detailed information to other team members.
    • Coordinate with on-site technicians to schedule appointments and service calls.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Essential Qualifications:
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in using customer service tools and software.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Desired Experience:
    • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
    • Experience working remotely or in a virtual call center is a plus.
    • Familiarity with restoration or home services industry would be beneficial.
