- Provide remote customer service support for Ironside Restorations clients.
- Handle incoming calls emails and messages efficiently and professionally.
- Assist customers with inquiries concerns and service requests.
- Document customer interactions and provide detailed information to other team members.
- Coordinate with on-site technicians to schedule appointments and service calls.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service tools and software.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Desired Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Experience working remotely or in a virtual call center is a plus.
- Familiarity with restoration or home services industry would be beneficial.
