We are looking for Territory Salesperson to join us to work closely with the leading contractors and manufactures in the construction and façade industry within the UK.

As part of our investment in people and continued growth ambitions dormakaba UK is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to take responsibility for the sale of entrance systems to the construction industry specifically to Tier 1 contractors.
In this home-based role youll be responsible for growing our contracts sales business working closely with the leading contractors and some of our global partners in the façade industry to promote dormakabas innovative access solutions in a highly competitive marketplace. Contracts will all be UK based but customers could be from the UK or overseas.
Many of these businesses are based in London so we are looking for an individual who is based within London and the home counties.
A strategic mindset is the key you will need to work on long term projects from initial inception to delivery building your pipeline which can be from a few months to years in completion. working to maintain these key relationships and secure long-term business for dormakaba.
Key responsibilities include:
Grow and maintain long- term key relationships with major stakeholders using a consultative sales approach
Proactively manage and grow a significant pipeline of orders understanding any contract issues and securing future business by means of setting up mutually beneficial agreements with our partners
Collaborate across internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Identify and secure strategic sales opportunities for other parts of the dormakaba business.
AN EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: YOUR SKILLS
Were looking for a self-motivated and organised individual with a proven background in B2B consultative sales from within the construction industry. Youll need excellent communication negotiation and collaboration skills along with a customer-first mindset.
Preferred experience:
B2B Sales experience in the construction industry ideally working with main / tier 1 contractors with experience of negotiating mutually beneficial agreements on long-term projects
Proven ability to develop a solid pipeline of business and the ability to manage long -term sales project lifecycles.
Strong administrative and customer service skills
