Why we are looking for support
We are looking for support to grow our expertise in the area of TPM (Trade Promotion Management ) within the Consumer Goods field.
This is a full-time hybrid role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance developing strategies and deploying trade promotion optimization solutions using the Salesforce platform.
Please note that you need to have a valid work visa before applying to this position.
Your tasks
- Lead and coordinate projects within the Salesforce TPM domain ensuring Functional and some Technical alignment with business needs and strategic objectives.
- Facilitate Functional design sessions and discussions translating business requirements into Functional and Technical specifications.
- Drive the adoption of agile methodologies and practices within your team fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Understand and articulate the functional and technical aspects of Salesforce particularly relating to trade promotion management.
- Create comprehensive documentation of processes systems and guidelines to facilitate knowledge sharing and standardization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology with a strong focus on Salesforce platforms.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce TPM solutions and their integration with financial systems (e.g. SAP FICO SD/MM).
- Advanced knowledge in agile delivery methodologies and project management.
- Solid understanding of TPM Data integration and implementation.
- Experience in developing Apex Code and Lightning Components
- Required Knowledge in other programming languages such as SQL JavaScript and HTML
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Admin Platform App Builder Developer 1) are required.
- Excellent communication organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment and influence cross-functional teams.
