Salary & Benefits

  • 1045.72 gross/month performance bonuses

  • Productivity bonus: up to 10% of gross salary based on target achievement
  • After 12 months: salary increases to 1100 gross/month

  • After 3 years: salary increases to 1150 gross/month

  • Schedule: Monday Friday 10:00 18:00

Job Description

This role is fully remote Greece-based and offers professional growth in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional technical support to French-speaking customers ensuring timely resolution
  • Build and maintain professional customer relationships with empathy and professionalism
  • Record and track customer interactions in the CRM escalating issues as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations and knowledge sharing
  • Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements
  • Follow all company policies and data privacy regulations

What Were Looking For

  • Languages: Fluent French (C1 or native) and intermediate English (B2)

  • Customer Focus: Strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with software tools CRM systems and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Team Player: Collaborative open to feedback and willing to grow professionally
