What Youll Be Doing

  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently by providing clear accurate technical solutions

  • Build strong relationships through empathy professionalism and a customer-first mindset

  • Log track and manage cases in the CRM system escalating when necessary

  • Collaborate closely with teammates and leaders to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Spot recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience

  • Ensure full compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies

What Were Looking For

  • Language skills: Fluent French (spoken & written) and intermediate English (B2)

  • Customer-centric mindset: You enjoy solving problems and helping people

  • Tech confidence: Comfortable using CRM tools software platforms and troubleshooting systems

  • Team spirit: Open to feedback eager to learn and motivated to grow within a collaborative environment
