About the Project
Our client in Greece collaborates with leading global IT Security and Antivirus Software companies dedicated to protecting personal data and online privacy.
You will work as a Technical Support Consultant assisting users of well-known cybersecurity solutions and representing some of the most trusted brands in the industry.
This role is ideal for candidates interested in cybersecurity online safety and technical troubleshooting while gaining experience with multinational technology leaders.
Key Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone chat and email

Ensure full functionality of antivirus and security software
- Troubleshoot technical issues using structured problem-solving approaches
- Track follow up and close cases efficiently within agreed timelines
- Maintain high customer satisfaction while representing a major cybersecurity brand
- Build professional empathetic relationships with customers and partners

Log cases accurately in internal systems

Stay up to date with client products tools and security services
Required Skills & Qualifications

Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written)

Very good English communication skills

Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

High level of empathy and customer orientation

Familiarity with Antivirus Firewall and Anti-Malware products
-
Ability to install operating systems and required software
-
Ability to troubleshoot common PC Mac and mobile device issues

Knowledge of Windows OS (XP10) macOS fundamentals
-
Knowledge of macOS iOS and Android operating systems
-
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP DNS WLAN)

General knowledge of cybersecurity and IT security principles
Salary & Benefits
