As a Mechanical Tradesperson you will be responsible for installing testing and carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance on a range of pumps valves and piping systems across our plants systems that deliver water to homes throughout the region.
The work is varied and will keep you challenged and engaged.
You will use your fitting expertise to tackling complex issues within our water and wastewater networks.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Cunderdin.
Key Accountabilities: Conveyance and Service Delivery
Perform scheduled and breakdown maintenance on water and wastewater systems.
Install and maintain pumps valves and related components.
Carry out isolation and shutdown procedures.
Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues.
Supervise and mentor team members including apprentices.
Manage worksites and coordinate contractors.
Provide on-the-job training and technical advice.
Plan and prepare maintenance projects.
Advise operators on mechanical components to optimize processes.
Prioritize tasks and assist in fault identification.
Use SCADA and other tools to detect and troubleshoot faults.
Collaborate with engineers on complex problems.
About you
Youll have a Mechanical Trade Certificate (Fitter /Machinist/Turner) and a W.A C & MR Class drivers license for driving to remote sites.
Youll also have High Risk Licences such as LF EWP DG or CV.
