Location: Oslo / Hybrid (a hybrid setup is possible with periodic on-site presence at the clients facilities)

About the Assignment
An industrial technology company is seeking senior electronics consultants to strengthen the technical quality of advanced electronic control and communication solutions and prepare designs for industrial production.
You will work closely with an established development team through the final stages of product maturation toward series production with a strong focus on robust reliable and manufacturable electronics.
Work Responsibilities
Technical review and quality assurance of existing electronic (PCB) designs
Hardware troubleshooting and support during verification and testing
Design optimization with a focus on performance robustness EMC and manufacturability
Support for production readiness including DFM/DFA activities
Development of Production Test Requirements (PTR) for EMS partners
Close collaboration with internal engineering teams and project management
Documentation of findings recommendations and implemented improvements
Required Expertise
Experience in electronics design and validation for industrial and/or automotive applications
Experience and knowledge of MCU-based systems motor drivers and communication interfaces including:
CAN
Ethernet
SPI
I2C
Experience with Single Pair Ethernet (SpE) and Power over Data Line (PoDL) integration
Familiarity with EMC compliance signal integrity and power integrity best practices
Proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium) and relevant simulation tools
Experience with production test strategy and collaboration with EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services)
