The Senior People Operations Specialist is the operational anchor of Pandoras PeopleOps transformation. This role translates regional frameworks into market-level execution ensuring that hiring onboarding training and performance management standards are consistently applied and measured.
The position combines process excellence analytical rigor and stakeholder enablement serving as the operational link between strategy design and field execution across 11 markets.
Core Responsibilities
1. Framework Implementation
Execute and embed the regional PeopleOps standards for hiring onboarding training and early retention.
Localize frameworks as needed ensuring compliance with both regional governance and local regulations.
Partner with local operations agencies and HR to achieve standardization targets within defined timelines.
2. Analytics & Performance Tracking
Consolidate data on hiring turnover training completion and compensation for visibility and governance.
Maintain the PeopleOps dashboard; identify outliers and improvement opportunities.
Generate actionable insights and recommendations to reduce early attrition and accelerate productivity.
3. Retention & Performance Management
Support the 90-day evaluation process for new hires; track and escalate non-performance cases
Partner with Operations to ensure structured progression and development discussions occur on schedule.
Identify top performers for promotion eligibility and support calibration discussions.
4. Agency & Vendor Management
Support quarterly agency reviews assessing delivery against hiring quality turnover and compliance KPIs.
Propose corrective actions and improvement plans in underperforming markets.
5. Communication & Capability Building
Develop onboarding and refresher training content aligned with regional standards.
Enable local teams through workshops toolkits and regular communication cadences.
Support the implementation of communication frameworks (boards KNOW app and other digital tools).
Profile Requirements
Background: Operational HR logistics or retail environments preferred
Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Languages: Fluent English; one additional regional language preferred
