Technical Data Analyst
Location: New York City (Hybrid 3-Day Onsite)
Duration: 1 year (with potential to extend)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Data Analyst with a strong data background to support a financial services implementation. The ideal candidate will work closely with technical teams to build integration and interface specifications develop data models and contribute to both functional and non-functional requirements gathering.
Required Skills & Experience:

Strong data background with experience in SQL and data modeling.
Experience working closely with technical teams.
Proven experience in building integration and interface specifications.
Experience in functional and non-functional requirements gathering.
Experience in financial services implementations.
Technical user story writing experience in Agile/Jira environments.
Experience with Collibra data dictionaries or data documentation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integration and interface specifications.
Develop and maintain data models using strong SQL skills.
Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Write technical user stories in Agile environments using Jira.
Contribute to Collibra/Data Dictionary efforts and maintain data documentation.
Support financial services implementation projects with data expertise.
