We are seeking a visionary Head of Group Compliance to provide strategic leadership across our entire operational footprint. This is a high-impact role where you will define the compliance vision embed ethical standards deep within the business culture and ensure our innovative solutions meet the highest standards of regulatory adherence. You will be instrumental in managing complex risks unique to digital onboarding data privacy and evolving global financial regulations. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overarching compliance strategy ensuring seamless alignment with ambitious business objectives and risk appetite across the Group.
- Serve as the authoritative voice advising Senior and Executive Management on all compliance matters particularly concerning emerging fintech regulations and digital KYC/AML frameworks.
- Lead the design implementation and continuous refinement of the Groups comprehensive Risk Management and Compliance Program (RMCP).
- Mentor and develop the 1st Line Compliance team cultivating a high-performance collaborative and ethically driven culture.
- Act as the primary liaison with key regulatory bodies (e.g. financial conduct authorities) and industry associations.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of critical compliance reports to Executive Management and the Audit & Risk Committee.
- Champion the Groups ethics and whistleblowing programs fostering psychological safety for reporting concerns.
- Evaluate and integrate advanced RegTech solutions to automate and enhance compliance monitoring and reporting efficiency
Requirements

| Sector Knowledge | Deep practical knowledge of regulatory landscapes relevant to Banking and/or Fintech operations. | Experience specifically managing compliance for digital onboarding platforms. |
| Skills | Exceptional organizational leadership problem-solving and communication (written/verbal) skills. Demonstrated ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels. | Experience implementing RegTech solutions. |
