You will lead end-to-end tendering and bid management efforts for public-sector modular infrastructure opportunities. This role requires strong analytical coordination and proposal management capabilities. You will be responsible for identifying high-potential tenders assessing qualification criteria and preparing error-free technical and financial submissions. Your work will directly shape Modulus Housing’s tender strategy and improve win rates.
Scan GeM eProcure and state procurement portals daily to identify suitable tenders.
Analyse qualification criteria pricing benchmarks EMD/BG terms and historical trends.
Apply competitor intelligence and pricing thresholds to evaluate tender win potential.
Prepare and submit complete tender documents commercial bids and RFP responses.
Formulate tender strategies aligned with client specifications and organizational objectives.
Review and interpret tender documents contracts and scope of work requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments (Technical Finance Procurement) to gather required inputs.
Develop cost estimates timelines and resource requirements for tender submissions.
Present tender proposals to management and clients with clarity on scope assumptions and deliverables.
Prepare tender review reports with detailed risk assessments (LDs payment terms penalties etc.).
Develop pricing buffers track margin sensitivities and incorporate competitive pricing models.
Conduct market studies to identify new tendering opportunities.
Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to enhance tendering strategies.
B.E./ in Civil Engineering Quantity Surveying Estimation or related fields.
Postgraduate qualification preferred.
5–9 years of experience in tendering costing or contracts within prefab PEB or EPC sectors.
Advanced Excel proficiency for costing templates and bid sheet preparation.
Strong risk assessment price modeling and analytical capabilities.
Excellent process orientation documentation skills and attention to detail.
