Cityserve is Birmingham City Councils awardwinning catering and facilities management division proudly serving schools and communities across the city. We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Revenue & Operations Managers to join our leadership team and drive service excellence revenue growth and strong client relationships across a diverse multisite portfolio.
About the Role
As a Revenue & Operations Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering highquality facilities management services across your designated area. You will lead a team of managers oversee multiple revenue streams and ensure that all services meet contractual operational and financial targets.
This is a fastpaced clientfocused role where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for:
