Responsibilities
Day-to-day management of the school site and facilities
Opening and closing the school buildings
Ensuring health & safety compliance and carrying out risk assessments
Overseeing contractors maintenance schedules and deliveries
Carrying out minor repairs maintenance and grounds work
Supporting school events lettings and emergency call-outs
Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience as a Site Manager Caretaker or Facilities Manager
Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
Practical maintenance and DIY skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Professional reliable and flexible approach
Salary
Paid in line with the support staff pay scale depending on experience.
