Whats the role

The Senior Manager - Continuous Improvement & Change Group Performance & Analytics is responsible for supporting transformation and continuous improvement initiatives within both immediate GP&A team activities and key financial processes that span across the wider finance job family. A key deliverable for the role is to understand document assess and challenge a range of finance processes systems and capabilities while considering stakeholder needs limitations and overall business objectives. With a change- and risk-first mindset this role will conduct appropriate impact assessments on financial systems processes and teams to develop change initiatives that deliver business value.

What do I need

  • Extensive banking or financial services experience working towards or Chartered / CPA qualification desirable
  • Strong understanding of CI and transformation project management including activities such as risk and RACI design thorough impact assessments and testing gap analysis and solution / process redesign. Lean Six Sigma certification desirable
  • Demonstrated experience as a business analyst gathering analysing and challenging business requirements within a financial reporting context.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage resourcing across multiple complex projects
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple project deliverables within agreed timelines
  • Provenexpertise in working with large data sets and using advanced financial modelling techniques in MS Excel
