We deliver innovative authentic and exciting B&F experiences that embrace the local culture and operate with a global to the ExecutiveChef you will deliver unique experiences that surprise and delight our guests:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring smooth service and exceptional quality
  • Prepare and present dishes according to the hotels menu and standard recipes ensuring quality and consistency
  • Manage inventory and ordering maintaining organized stock and minimizing waste
  • Adhere to all health safety and hygiene regulations maintaining a safe working environment
  • Bring fresh ideas and trend-forward concepts to elevate our culinary offerings
  • Lead by examplementor and develop your team to achieve excellence
  • Drive financial performance through cost control and operational efficiency

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Cert 4 in Commercial Cookery
  • Career minded
  • Minimum 2 years similar experience
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
  • Experienced in faced paced environments
  • Strong knowledge of cooking methods kitchen equipment and best practices
