Fleet Account Manager
What Youll Do
Youll be the key link between Michelin and our service provider network ensuring quality efficiency and customer satisfaction across your territory. Key responsibilities:
- Implement local service delivery strategy & ensure network coverage.
- Onboard / manage service providers contracts & technical capabilities.
- Maintain network quality & sustainability standards; audit compliance.
- Oversee contracts payments & service timelines.
- Monitor provider performance & implement corrective actions.
- Assess operational financial & environmental performance.
- Train providers on Michelin standards / offers.
- Analyze technical reports & manage compensation claims.
- Expand network by prospecting new installation locations.
What Were Looking For
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Service orientation and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills to build strong partnerships.
- Ability to work autonomously while being part of a team.
- Analytical skills to interpret data write reports and make recommendations.
- Ideally experience in B2B client services and/or sales environments.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel 68 days per month (you plan your own schedule).
- Authorized to work in Australia (New Zealand applicants also considered).
