The Role

Provide ongoing training to the team
Supervise bar & floor staff
Assist in functions
Ensure standards of excellence are achieved regarding customer service staff presentation and grooming
Lead by example and mentor train and guide new colleagues
Help and support the team on the floor and in the bar when required
Permanent position

About you

Experienced and motivated about working in a fast-paced busy environment
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Must hold valid RSA
Valid working rights in Australia
