About The Opportunity

This is your chance to step into a fast-paced operational leadership role where youll take charge of a modern high-throughput processing shed during peak harvest season (FebruarySeptember). From overseeing seasonal teams to ensuring quality output and smooth logistics youll be front and centre in driving success during the busiest months of the year.

Youll report to the Area Manager and collaborate closely with farm managers and other key stakeholders to deliver on throughput quality and efficiency targets.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing seasonal staff across single and double shift operations
• Maintaining a strong safety culture and upholding food safety standards
• Scheduling and coordinating logistics ensuring accurate data entry and traceability
• Optimising site performance through continuous improvement and problem-solving
• Leading day-to-day site operations across receivals dehusking sorting and dispatch
• Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and communication

About You

Youre practical switched-on and thrive in high-energy environments. Whether youre stepping up from a hands-on role or bringing leadership experience from agriculture manufacturing or processing youre ready to own your space and lead from the front.

Youll Bring:

• 3 years experience in agri-processing manufacturing or similar operations
• Confidence using IT systems (spreadsheets logging systems basic troubleshooting)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead seasonal teams effectively
• A proactive solutions-focused mindset with a strong commitment to safety
• LF Forklift Licence (advantageous but not essential)
• Full Australian working rights
