With ongoing projects near New Norcia (1.5 hours north of Perth) we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Supervisor to support our teams on long-term road construction and upgrade projects.
As Civil Supervisor you will play a key role in promoting a positive safety culture ensuring compliance with client and government departments specifications and standards and driving productivity on major state road infrastructure projects.
- Manage lead and supervise staff subcontractors and suppliers to meet project deliverables
- Coordinate daily operations including earthworks pavement construction drainage road upgrades surfacingand works under Traffic Control
- Plan implement monitor and adhere to Garli and client policies procedures and specifications
- Manage plant and equipment maintenance schedules and registers
- Meet construction budgets and timeframes through effective controls monitoring and reporting
- Understand contract documents scopes of workMRWAspecifications drawings and identify variations amend TMR to MRWA
- Maintain a safe work environment in full compliance with client and legislative requirements
- Seek out and implement improvements in methodology to enhance safety quality cost and schedule
- Provide accurate daily reporting progress updates and contribute to project reviews and lessons learnt
- Represent the company professionally with clients and stakeholders to build lasting relationships
- Minimum 3 years experience supervising civil road construction projects (Main Roads experience highly regarded)
- Proven experience in bulk earthworks road construction pavement works drainage and surfacing
- Valid HR Licence (minimum C Class)
- Current Construction White Card mandatory
- Current National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
- Strong computer skills and communication ability
- Ability to pass Pre-Employment Medical & LABDAS
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills across teams and clients
- Valid Australian work rights
- Full-time Contract Opportunity
