As a Recruiter for International Private Bank (IPB) at the Associate level you will support end-to-end recruitment efforts across our APAC IPB this role you will assist with all aspects of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management for APAC IPB including competitive intelligence market mapping and confidential project work.
Job Responsibilities
- Support full lifecycle recruitment including sourcing screening scheduling and managing candidates through to completion
- Assist in managing a client group or multiple client groups within IPB
- Source qualified candidates through various channels and support the recruitment process
- Develop an understanding of the line of business recruiting needs by participating in client meetings and staying aware of changes within the business
- Provide recruiting updates and support to business group heads as required
- Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process
- Educate candidates on career growth potential benefits and compensation philosophy promoting both the firm and the opportunity
- Support compensation conversations with hiring managers and candidates
- Build rapport and partner with stakeholders for candidate development and offers
- Uphold the firms focus on diversity
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience ideally within private banking or financial services
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Experience with full lifecycle recruiting in a fast-paced corporate environment or search firm
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with employees at various levels
- Results-oriented proactive and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Knowledge of Mandarin & Cantonese languages is an added advantage
