As a Graduate Industry Trainee (Lifecycle & AI Marketing) you will support the design execution and optimization of lifecycle marketing strategies for Singtels Consumer Business. This role blends customer strategy data-driven campaign execution and AI-powered personalization working closely with marketing analytics and product teams.

You will gain hands-on experience in developing marketing strategies analyzing customer behavior and using modern AI/ML tools to drive revenue uplift customer retention and enhanced customer value.

Make an Impact by

1. Supporting Conceptualization of Lifecycle Marketing Strategies

  • Assist in developing customer lifecycle marketing and upsell strategies.
  • Translate strategies into actionable campaign plans that drive upgrades cross-sell and retention.
  • Contribute to business cases and performance forecasts for new lifecycle initiatives.

2. Market Monitoring & Insights Development

  • Track industry developments competitor activities and emerging customer trends to inform marketing decisions.
  • Support analysis of customer insights to refine messaging improve channel mix and strengthen customer value proposition.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive research to maintain relevance in a fast-moving telco market.

3. Executing Data-Driven Campaigns & AI-Powered Personalization

  • Work with cross-functional teams to run highly targeted automated and personalized engagement campaigns.
  • Participate in evaluating new digital and CVM initiatives including AI transformation programmes.
  • Leverage:
    • AI-driven propensity models
    • Hyper-personalization engines
    • Contextual segmentation and real-time triggers
    • Marketing automation platform

4. Supporting End-to-End Campaign Strategy & Delivery

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing Product Analytics MarTech) to implement campaign strategies.
  • Assist with campaign calendar planning segmentation targeting and message testing.
  • Contribute to streamlining internal processes to improve campaign delivery efficiency.

5. Conducting Customer Base Analysis & Performance Reporting

  • Support tracking and reporting of campaign performance uplift analysis and customer behavior changes.
  • Prepare dashboards and insights that guide continuous optimization.
  • Evaluate conversion revenue impact and customer engagement metrics.

Skills for Success

  • Degree in Business Studies Administration Management Marketing Communications e-commerce or equivalent
