Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of the Inflight Entertainment Department within our Customer Experience Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- To monitor in-flight entertainment (IFE) condition and performance and headsets operations with internal stakeholders (Engineering Cabin Crew Lounge Development and Inflight Operations) and external suppliers.
- To support user testing in the development of (IFE) applications and enhancements.
- Liaison with Technical Services team in the monitoring of IFE condition and performance and investigation of lapses. Liaise with Customer Affairs for reply to customer feedback.
- Charting reporting and analysis of IFE condition Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) performance.
- To support the logistics and operations of headsets and related items and perform regular checks/audits on appointed headset maintenance vendors.
- To ensure sufficient inventory and smooth operations for headset and related items
Requirements
- Diploma holder
- Is tech savvy and has interest in keeping up with evolving technology.
- Has interest in learning or has experience in working with data.
- Has passion for innovation and product ideation/development.
- Able to work independently self-driven and able to communicate well with various stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with data sets.
- Able to work on the common applications e.g. excel words power point etc.
- IT savviness or receptive to digitalisation mindset preferred.
