Job Summary

Safety Officer-Industrial-Vapi-40k

Company Overview

Company executes EHV underground cable projects (up to 220 kV) EHV substations transmission lines civil & electrical infrastructure earthing and lighting solutions for Government and Private clients.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with all safety policies at site (EHV cable laying substation & civil works).
Conduct safety audits risk assessments toolbox talks and daily inspections.
Enforce safe work practices PPE usage and permit-to-work procedures.
Investigate incidents/near misses and maintain safety documentation.
Train workers contractors and site teams on safety protocols.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Safety or Engineering (Electrical/Civil preferred).
Minimum 2 years site-safety experience in power/civil infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of electrical safety working at heights excavation and PTW systems.
Strong reporting communication & team coordination skills.
