Role Summary
The COO willbe responsible forend-to-end operational leadershipof the real estate business ensuring efficient execution of projects sales performance cost control and regulatory compliance. The role demands strongexpertiseinproject management sales operations CRM legal coordination and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Operations & Strategy

Drive execution of companysbusiness strategy and expansion plans

Develop operational policies SOPs and governance frameworks

MonitorP&L budgets and profitabilityacross projects

Identifygrowth opportunities (new markets product mix pricing)

2. Project Execution & Delivery

Overseeend-to-end lifecycle of projects(land acquisition to handover)

Ensuretimelydelivery withincost quality and compliance parameters

Coordinate with:

Architects & consultants

Contractors & vendors
-
Track project milestones delays and risk mitigation

3. Sales & Marketing Alignment

Align with Sales Head to drive:

Inventory liquidation

Monitorsales performance collections and receivables

Support marketing campaigns pricing strategies and channel partner networks

4. Financial & Cost Management

Control operational costs and improve margins

Ensure strongcash flow management and collections efficiency

Work closely with Finance for:

5. Legal & Compliance
