Clinical Nurse Facilitator Emergency
Job Summary
- Deliver targeted education plans and facilitate department-based training.
- Conduct clinical competency assessments to support staff development.
- Provide hands-on clinical support and foster a positive learning culture.
- To be successful you will be an experienced Registered Nurse be an organised and efficient professional with advanced skills in nursing assessment and highly developed clinical problem-solving skills.
- You will be a positive role model with a natural ability to mentor and support staff with an innovative approach to education delivery.
- You have a passion for patient care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsays core values.
- Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA.
- Minimum three years experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital emergency department.
- Previous experience in an education role (advantageous).
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (TAE40116).
- Postgraduate qualifications in Critical Care/Emergency Nursing or Education (or working towards).
