Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Director Integration Management Office will lead the global execution of integration separation and other strategic portfolio initiatives ensuring continuity of operations and alignment with business this role you will oversee a team of integration specialists and select coach and support project leads to deliver effective planning execution and measurement across acquisitions joint ventures divestitures and related actions. You will apply advanced project management practices to anticipate and mitigate risks optimize resources and drive cross-functional collaboration across businesses functions and corporate teams while partnering early with interested parties to identify and address due diligence integration and separation challenges ensuring smooth transitions value creation and strategic impact across the organization. This role reports to the Senior Vice President Corporate Development.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the execution of integration and separation projects ensuring delivery of strategic objectives through robust planning coordination and governance.
- Apply focused project management practices to anticipate monitor and mitigate risks while managing budgets timelines and scope across multiple workstreams.
- Ensure effective alignment between business functional and regional partners integrating diverse priorities into cohesive project plans and execution strategies.
- Partner with the critical team in mergers and acquisitions transactions to identify due diligence integration and separation issues providing insights that develop deal strategy and execution readiness.
- Define and track quantitative and qualitative metrics to measure project performance success and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Lead the development maintenance and continuous enhancement of integration and separation playbooks embedding standard methodologies and lessons learned from internal and external sources.
- Partner with external consulting firms and internal centers of expertise evaluating and managing engagements to ensure value creation and knowledge transfer.
- Provide strategic leadership development and talent management activities for direct reports and their organizations which may include forecasting resource needs recruiting hiring performance management training and budgeting. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum requirement of 8 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 12 years or more of relevant experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 10 years or more of experience leading large integration projects.
- Experience working on integration projects for a large global matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects across different business regions and teams.
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate across global teams and engage with senior leadership.
The expected salary for this position is $240000.00 - $270000.00. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location certifications education and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
