As aService BDC (Business Development Coordinator) youll be the engine that drives growth for our service department! This phone-focused role with an emphasis on outbound calls is all about connecting with guests booking and confirming appointments and following up to ensure they show. If youre motivated goal-driven and thrive in a fast-paced metrics-based role this is your chance to make a direct impact on our success.

What youll be working on:

• Making a high volume of outbound calls texts and emails to guests to schedule and confirm service appointments
• Managing inbound calls with care turning each interaction into a positive guest experience
• Following up with guests who havent booked or missed appointments to keep schedules full guests engaged and maximize show rates
• Perform other essential tasks as needed

What you need to bring to the table:

• Call center or phone-heavy customer service experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills with a guest-focused professional approach
• Confidence working independently in a high-volume metrics-driven role
• Organized and reliable with a positive mindset and motivation to deliver results
• Enjoys a fast pace and finds satisfaction in turning steady call activity into real appointments
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Salary:$17.95-$30.00/hour

*Pay is based on applicable experience and skills.
