Requirements
- Market Development & Research
- Conduct in-depth exploration of the Nigerian foreign trade market and industry needs.
- Identify and engage potential target customers with significant growth potential.
- Contribute to expanding the companys market share across assigned territories.
Sales Acquisition (Cold Calls & Visits)
- Initiate contact with foreign trade enterprises through cold calls and physical visits.
- Introduce and onboard clients to the client cross-border payment platform.
- Provide tailored cross-border payment solutions based on client needs.
Client Management & Relationship Building
- Maintain and support existing clients to ensure optimal usage of the platform.
- Improve customer satisfaction and overall user experience.
- Establish benchmark customers to strengthen the companys brand influence in the region.
Performance & Reporting
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market insights.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1 years experience in telesales call sales or face-to-face sales.
- Excellent recent graduates with strong drive and interest in sales are welcome to apply.
- Competencies & Attributes
- Confident enthusiastic ambitious and goal oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
