About the Role:
This role is focused on growing key accounts (lenders) owning end-to-end sales relationships and unlocking revenue opportunities across platform. As an individual contributor you will act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients/accounts-building deep partnerships driving repeat transactions and delivering measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow trusted relationships with key clients serving as their strategic advisor.
- Understand unique client needs pain points and goals to offer tailored solutions.
- Own the end-to-end account lifecycle driving repeat business and minimizing churn.
- Act as a liaison between key clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance forecasts and growth metrics.
- Defend and grow client revenue; proactively cross-sell and upsell across the existing portfolio.
- Partner with CXOs Finance Heads Risk Managers and Product Managers to unlock new business opportunities.
- Gather and decode client requirements ensuring solution alignment with business goals.
- Lead problem-solving conversations with internal teams to enable customized delivery and onboarding.
- Translate client feedback into actionable insights to influence product and process enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal operations and tech teams to ensure timely delivery issue resolution and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and improve key client health metrics by preemptively addressing blockers and risks.
- Ensure timely receipt of payments and transition detailed documentation post-deal closure.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in Business Development or Enterprise Account Management.
- Strong track record in managing B2B client relationships and driving account growth.
- Exposure to platform sales enterprise SaaS payments lending or B2B financial services preferred.
- Demonstrated success in strategic sales and stakeholder management across banks NBFCs fintechs or related domains.
- Proven ability to independently manage high-value relationships with CXO-level stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented approach with a keen sense of ownership and accountability.
- MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution is preferred.
