What you will be doing: Senior Manager Manufacturing Engineering

• Manage the planning documentation implementation support and maintenance of manufacturing processes procedures machinery and tooling to improve efficiency cost-effectiveness quality and safety.
  
• Research process performance data to identify and implement process changes that improve yield runtime quality safety and cost-effectiveness.
  
• Manage the activities and resources for manufacturing engineers process design and support personnel.
  
• Provide ongoing support for manufacturing problems and deficiencies; troubleshoot technically challenging production problems.
  

Experience you will need: Senior Manager Manufacturing Engineering

• Technical/Engineering Degree or equivalent experience required.
  
• Extensive knowledge of major functional processes and associated operating requirements; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
  
• Knowledge of leadership concepts and ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting embracing and achieving objectives.
  
• Extensive knowledge of quality management methods tools and techniques and ability to create and support an environment that meets the quality goals of the organization.
