Job Summary
We are seeking an organized proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects that support the development production and launch of our organic care products. The ideal candidate will balance timelines resources and collaboration while ensuring projects align with our brand values and sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan execute and manage projects from initiation through completion
- Develop project timelines budgets scopes and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams including product development marketing operations and quality assurance
- Track progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with organic standards certifications and regulatory requirements
- Communicate project updates clearly to stakeholders and leadership
- Manage vendor relationships and external partners when needed
- Maintain project documentation and reporting tools
- Continuously improve project workflows and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Project Management Operations or a related field
- 25 years of project management experience (consumer goods wellness or organic products preferred)
- Strong organizational time-management and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with project management tools (Asana Trello Jira etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for organic sustainable and ethical products
