Remote Fundraising Support $13$15/hr Flexible Impactful Rewarding

Were seeking Donation Call Specialists to work remotely with leading nonprofit this role youll speak directly with supporters and help make giving easy and rewarding.
Your Day-to-Day:
Call and thank donors or assist them in giving
Deliver caring clear and professional service
Enter donor information with accuracy
Ensure a positive donor experience with follow-up
Hit your goals to unlock raises and promotions
Requirements
You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 6 months remote OR 1 year on-site customer service experience
Strong communication skills and a service mindset
Comfort using Microsoft Office and call center systems
Reliable quiet work-from-home setup
Before You Start:
Windows 11 PC or laptop (8GB RAM minimum)
USB noise-canceling headset
Hardwired internet connection
Dual monitors helpful but not required
No Apple or Chromebook devices
Requirements
