Job Summary

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy during consistent morning hours at our Colonial Heights VA location. This role offers a predictable weekday schedule in a structured clinic environment and is ideal for an RBT looking for reliable morning hours.

Schedule:

MondayFriday
9:00 AM 12:00 PM
In-clinic services only
Consistent weekly schedule

Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic-based setting
Implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs
Collect and record accurate session and behavior data electronically
Support communication social and daily living skill development
Maintain professionalism and consistency within the clinic
Collaborate with BCBA supervision and clinical leadership

Requirements

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required

Prior experience providing ABA services preferred

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage during sessions

Ability to pass background check and credentialing
